I haven't used Dreamweaver regularly in years, but you can open it and go to Edit > Go to line and see what the shortcut is on your system - it should be listed to the right of the command itself. I imagine it like in a Realtime Strategy Game, you push somewhere in the code Ctrl + 1 and with Alt + 1 you can jump everytime to that point. Simple.
