I don’t know how I missed this before, but the TortoiseSVN and Tortoise Merge manuals are available on the TortoiseSVN website in both PDF and HTML formats. Unless you’re using a nightly build of TortoiseSVN, you’ll want to read the release version (not developer version). Older manuals are also available in case you need them.
